（中央社記者劉建邦台北22日電）關於大巨蛋案，台北市長柯文哲今天說，市民安全是第一考量，先解決靠捷運的板塊，安全絕對是優先考量，不會像過去一樣讓「遠雄做自己想做的」。

柯文哲下午出席在市府大樓1樓舉行的「白水夢、好美食、綠的旅行計畫-嘉義濱海旅遊商品發表會」會後受訪，媒體提問大巨蛋復工案。

柯文哲說，市民安全是第一考量，會要求遠雄停工，是因從數據來看，靠近松菸部分持續變壞，但遠雄卻一直提不出解決辦法，所以才要求停工。

他表示，基於安全起見，要先解決靠捷運的板塊，不會像過去一樣讓遠雄「只做自己想做的，都不用報告」。

柯文哲再度重申，大巨蛋案是以市民安全為考量。

媒體提問，是否會讓民眾感到政策反覆。柯文哲堅決地說，「不會，是按照預定的想法處理」，這不是復工，而是依行政規則先行報備施工，有關市民安全的部分要先處理，不是依據遠雄的方便處理。
